Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Like I've said in an earlier pizza post, I just don't feel right giving away our secret pizza crust recipe..you know, for when mom and I open up our restaurant some day, alongside my bakery of course :)

But here's another pizza creation, I've already sent pictures to my friends on my phone of this one as they've come to expect, and even anticipate/anxiously wait to see my beautifully crazy concoction, on the usual Friday pizza night. After buying a large jar of buffalo sauce and a hunk of gorgonzola cheese at the Commissary on Thursday, there really was no other option than to make this one...

Buffalo Chicken Pizza

1 cup sliced, cooked chicken
1/4 cup + 1 tbs. buffalo sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbs. Bleu Cheese dressing
1/4 cup caramelized onions
1/4 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
1 prepared pizza crust

Preheat the oven to 450F. In a small dish, combine the chicken and 1/4 cup buffalo sauce, smothering the chicken with the buffalo goodness.

Spread the bleu cheese dressing evenly over the prepared pizza crust then sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Spread the onions as well, and then the buffalo-ized chicken. Then sprinkle the gorgonzola cheese all over and finish by drizzling the remaining tablespoon of buffalo sauce. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until it looks so good that you just can't wait any longer..
